- The challenge
Field teams lose their time between the tools
The work itself is rarely the bottleneck. The time goes into asking where a technician is, retyping the same job into another system, and chasing paper forms that arrive days after the visit.
- The solution
One platform for work orders and interventions
We designed SkyRoox around the daily rhythm of a service company: create, assign, execute, close. Managers get the overview, technicians get exactly the information they need on the device already in their hand.
- The impact
Less chasing, more finished jobs
Coordination stops being a series of follow-ups. Status is visible to everyone at once, and a completed job turns into a professional PDF report in seconds rather than at the end of the week.
Work orders under control, without the chaos
SkyRoox is our own field service platform. Service companies create work orders, assign them to technicians, follow interventions from the office and send the finished report as a PDF — all from one place instead of phone calls, messages and spreadsheets.

A clearer way to run field service operations
Service companies coordinate technicians, clients, locations, tasks and documentation every single day. Without a system for it, work orders live in phone calls, chat messages and spreadsheets — and nobody has a reliable picture of what is open, what is in progress and what is finished.
SkyRoox gives office staff and technicians one shared workspace. A work order is created once, assigned to the right person, worked on in the field and closed with a report the client can be sent straight away.
Inside the product

Every open job, on one screen
The dispatcher's day starts on the dashboard. Four counters answer the questions that used to take a round of phone calls: how many jobs are open, which are waiting on a spare part, which need a second visit and what was closed today.
Under them sits the full table of work orders — searchable by client, address or order number and filterable by status, technician and date — so any job can be found in a couple of seconds.
- Status and priority visible at a glance
- Filters by technician, status and date
- A new work order is one click away

The same job, on the device already in hand
Technicians don't get a cut-down version of the system. On a tablet or a phone they see their list of work orders and open any one of them with everything that belongs to it: the client, the location, the contact person, the problem description and the offer.
When the job is done, it is closed right there — and the PDF report is ready to send before the technician is back in the van.
- Tap to call the client or open the address in maps
- Materials, notes and attachments on the job itself
- Close the order and export the PDF on site
What we built
- 01A structured work order lifecycleWork orders are created, organised and followed through a clear process — responsibilities, status changes and completion are recorded instead of remembered.
- 02Assignment and operator managementJobs go to the right technician in a couple of taps, and the workload across the team stays visible without anyone building a report.
- 03Everything for the field in one appTechnicians open the job, its details and its history on a phone or tablet, on site — including materials, notes and attachments.
- 04A finished PDF in a few secondsA closed work order exports to a clean, structured PDF, ready to send to the client or file in the archive.
A focused product for modern service teams
SkyRoox turns daily field-service activity into a workflow both the office and the field can see. It is our own product, so it keeps growing with what service companies actually ask us for.
The same work, as a service
- Digital work ordersIf your technicians still complete work orders on paper, we can replace the entire process with one mobile workflow — from the moment a job is created to the report your customer receives.Learn more
- Field service managementJobs planned on a whiteboard or by phone are jobs nobody can report on. We build the system that plans the day and shows what actually happened.Learn more
- Mobile app developmentA business app is used standing up, in a hurry, sometimes with gloves on. So we design mobile apps for that first, build them for Android and iOS, and make sure they work without signal.Learn more
